 We offer a no call out charge policy.Call out is free for the purpose of quotation. If any work is carried out at the request of the customer it will be chargeable .

Call out after 6pm will require a non-refundable card payment of £50 which will be taken as a deposit

Our Locksmith will need to verify the ownership of the property  before he is able to gain entry and get you back into your home or business.

We will need to see a valid photo ID such as a passport or driving licence and a utility bill both showing your name and address. Unfortunately without proof of ownership/tenancy our Locksmith will be unable to gain entry to the property. 

Payment must be made on completion of work unless prior agreement has been made with GB Locksmiths.

 GB Locksmiths offer a 12 month guarantee on all parts and labour from the date of installation.The Guarantee will become void if work completed by GB Locksmiths is subject to misuse or negligence by any other party. The 12 month guarantee will also be rendered void should our work be repaired, modified or tampered with by anyone other than a GB Locksmiths company engineer. The company will not accept liability for, or guarantee for suitability of materials supplied by the customer and will not accept liability for any consequential damage or fault of customer supplied materials.  

 Please note that all window parts are only guaranteed for 3 months from the date of fitting 

 Ultion and high security cylinders are guaranteed for 12 months after which time the customer must contact Ultion directly.We advise that the customer services the euro cylinders with a Graphite powder lubricant every 4 months. A small amount of powder should be used to the front and back of the key way.No oil based lubricants such as WD40 should be used on the cylinder.Any use of oil based lubricants will invalidate the guarantee. 

We do not recommend that customers  leave the key in the back of a lock.If a key is inserted into the front of the lock with a key already in the back it can cause damage to the cylinder.
