We offer a no call out charge policy for our locksmith services, meaning that the initial call out for quotations is free of charge. However, please be aware that any work requested by the customer will incur charges as detailed in our terms and conditions. Additionally, call outs after 6pm will require a non-refundable card payment of £50, which acts as a deposit.

Before our locksmith can provide assistance in gaining entry to your home or business, we need to verify your ownership of the property. To facilitate this process, please present a valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving license, along with a utility bill that displays your name and address. Please be aware that without this proof of ownership or tenancy, our locksmith services cannot proceed. Additionally, make sure to review our terms and conditions, as there may be a call out charge associated with our locksmith services.

Payment for our locksmith services should be made upon completion of the work, unless a prior agreement has been established with GB Locksmiths that outlines the terms and conditions, including any applicable call out charge.

GB Locksmiths offers a 12-month guarantee on all parts and labor from the date of installation. This guarantee will become void if the locksmith services provided by GB Locksmiths are misused or negligently handled by any other party. Additionally, the 12-month guarantee will be rendered void should our work be repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than a GB Locksmiths company engineer. We encourage you to review our terms and conditions, as the company will not accept liability for, or guarantee, the suitability of materials supplied by the customer. Furthermore, GB Locksmiths will not be liable for any consequential damage or faults related to customer-supplied materials. Please note that a call-out charge will apply according to our service rates.

Please be aware that all window parts come with a guarantee of only 3 months from the fitting date, as stated in our terms and conditions. Furthermore, please note that locksmith services may involve a call out charge.

Ultion and high security cylinders are guaranteed for 12 months; after this period, customers must contact Ultion directly. We recommend servicing your euro cylinders with a Graphite powder lubricant every 4 months. Apply a small amount of powder to the front and back of the keyway. Please keep in mind that the use of oil-based lubricants, such as WD40, will invalidate the guarantee and may result in a call out charge for locksmith services. We do not recommend that customers leave the key in the back of a lock. Inserting a key into the front of the lock while another key is already in the back can damage the cylinder. Please be aware that our locksmith services include a detailed explanation of our terms and conditions, which also covers any potential call out charges that may apply.
